These triangular glass shapes were made in Bohemia and traded into Africa where they are used as wedding ornaments in Mali.  They have that very gentle, soft feel reminiscent of beach glass.  These pieces can be flipped into various positions making this a moveable sculpture.  The black beads are antique Prosser beads, probably from France or Germany.  A sterling silver clasp completes the piece.
