The wonderful glass beads here have the smooth gentle feel of beach glass and can be flipped into various positions on the necklace making it a moveable sculpture. These are trade beads which have traveled from Bohemia across Europe, down into Mali where they were used as wedding ornaments and eventually found their way to a bead museum here in the US. Dress it up or dress it down with jeans. This is a fun piece and great for that cool look in warm weather.
